We aim to process and ship your order within 48 hours from order being placed, Shipping may take a further 2 days.

If you have ordered the wrong product or wrong size for example, you can contact us as quickly as possible and we can amend your order, bearing in mind that orders can be sent within 24 hours.

You have 5 days to return items back to So-Fit Gyms where our HQ is based.

If you need to change an address on your order then please contact us as quickly as possible so we can amend it before we ship your items.
